It seems Body Boost activates for the color of Aura you have displayed on animation for multi-Aura based on the video below.
> If it blinks to Yellow and you use Body Boost, it'll activate Yellow effect on Body Boost.

EDIT: Is anyone able to confirm?, I only see this person use BBoost on Dark Aura =/
