211 CS for my first time playing Xerath on a Real PVP match on Summoner Rift its pretty damn good for me 
especially since i was more busy trying to poke the living pineapple out of annie while trying to evade being ganked by udyr (He tried like 5-6 times, managed to escape 4, in 1 i got instagibbed by double stun from annie and Udyr)
Also i believe it was Manu/duocores that served as the initiation during that part where the enemy had baron (I barely died late game since i was always on the back, serving as a good mortar with my ult and Q)
Now that i think about it i barely used my E, hate the range of that thing and it doesnt get that much better during locus of power.
@Isnt bloodthirster unique? at best you can fill it faster but not get the extra 10% lifesteal and 40AD for each.
Also i could have totally tried to stole that baron but since i was so far >.> you should have warded so i could tele to it >.<
