Fantasy Football

Yeah so...

My Dad put my name down and paid for me to get into a fantasy football league. He set it up and wants me to take it over now.

Except I have no idea what to do or who to pick.

Alright that's not entirely true. My team is already set but he wants me to takeover managing it, and I do not really follow football. Advice?
