How dominion Respawn Actually works
TL;DR: Respawn timers are set to the first person who died giving a 26 second window, anyone who dies after that will have the same respawn time as the first person until those 26 secs passes. (Ergo if the players die at 0:00 , 0:10, 0:15, 0:20 and 0:30, the first four players will spawn together and the fifth one will spawn alone if no body died after him).
Also you get a Handicap according to how is your Nexus health compared to your enemy nexus (A 1 point difference its +2 secs to the wining team and -2 to the losing, a 50 point gives +3/-3 and a 100point gives +4/-4), And the respawn window (the 26 second one) gets increased by half of the extra respawn time (So if you are leading with 100 extra nexus health your respawn timer gets increased by 4 secs and your respawn window increases by 2 secs.)
Abilities and runes works the same but since the timers are so low the effect its barely noticeble.
