Hmm, I'm assuming you have an intel graphics chipset (As I don't know of any others). Try this page. Open the side of your tower and look at the chip.
Look at the second line on the chip (in the example it's "fw82810"). On the intel page, match the number with the number under "Memory Controller Hub (MCH)". (The example matches a "Intel® 810 Chipset"). Go here when you find out the kind of chipset, search for the driver here. Good luck.
