World of Warcraft players, come in!

Well, in theory it's a huge nerf for sub but a huge buff for combat/muti. Muti with shadowstep would be pretty intense, but blizzard adding it onto the same line as prep .... I hope that doesn't stay.

This is just the first draft of the first look of the first theory of the first guess of what things will look like at first. Things changed a ton from cata beta -> release so I'm not really worried.
