From what I hear it's not that great going pure ice. Even at the 50 cap it's not that special. You're severely hindering your DPS without fireball. Icy gust is not that great either. Fire spark is great opener type move.
Frozen spikes is a great damaging skill so you should pump more of that instead.
You randomly have phoenix and ignite. If you were thinking of pure ice, you wouldn't even have that. Even as a hybrid ice, you wouldn't have ignite and opt for shatter. Shatter in itself is not that great either, but I suppose if you don't have any other DPS skill, that would be a main damage skill.
In my experience, toxic spray is not that great in comparison to our other skills. Unlike mystics, we don't pump up dark% equips. As our equipment gets better, we stack up more element% (ice% in your case) and icy shards EX + frozen spikes + glacial spike end up used more. I believe there's a level threshold or something for toxic spray lasting longer?
You'll also be short a lot of skills to use on the way, waiting for many things to cooldown.
