This is nexon apology stop comparing them to other companies apology. The deed has been done. Your screaming fuuuuuuuuuu at the screeen is not going to get you a better care package. In life their are disappointments and this is just one of them you can add to your list. I'm not calling anyone ungrateful i believe those hacked shouldn't have gotten the care package. If those that are hacked cant be dealt with one by one no point in doing anything.

Why is that it took a year, of spamming my email, to give me a GENERAL compensation of item's I can't use. You are not reading deep enough and shallowly trying to poke sh`itty holes through my logic. There response is inexcusable, but unlike most player's I'm smart enough to realize that to rebuild is to set up for sabotage when the company works against you.
