Then why do they clearly ask to describe the bug thoroughly and how to reproduce it step-by-step in the bug report page? To make it look something serious even if it obviously isn't? At that point they could've more generally asked you to "generally describe the bug you encountered", instead than asking for your computer specs, the frequency the bug has happened, the general AND thorough description, etc., just as if you were an official content tester of Nexon America.
My point is, they don't really seem to make it look as if it was just a survey for them, as you are saying. If they actually wanted to use the information for that purpose, why making it look as if they were serious reports they would read one by one?
Anyways, apparently the site is back to private. I guess they were just tweaking with it. This thread can be closed.
