There was a 10k MP "this-is-not-a-compensation-but-we're-still-looking-into-your-case-and-spamming-your-email" compensation sometime early '10 for the '09 hackings. Yeah, I got a lot of spam.
The reverse/timeless thing is based on class also. I believe the cutoff for reverse or higher is 120+ (not like I can verify at the moment), as I got both timeless and reverse sets at 154 as a mage.
And this:
As soon as I log on Maple, all I'm hearing is either:
1) "WTH I didn't get enough stuffs"
2) "I'm going to submit a hacking report so I can get free stuffs!"

They didn't say they would be compensating, they said they would be "helping you start up again" or something along those lines.
A full timeless set+wild wolf bandana is better than nothing.
Again, do you really expect them to compensate your 30b in equips or w.e that you lost?
Either theyd have to 1. Compensate this to every player(refer to above posts on deflation)
or 2. View accounts on a case by case basis(nearly impossible/easily abused, ie xfering all your items, and then filing a hacking report)
