Levelling a cygnus is always a pretty good (and really cheap) alternative to getting some free w.att thrown in there. Also might I suggest trying to collect a lot of cards, and doing your silent crusade quests. The shoulderpad is cheap, and you can attempt to chaos it if you're feeling lucky for more w.att. The rings you get give 2 w.att for the later quests, too. So that should last you a while. (if you haven't already done all of that, in any case)
Also, mass crafting shoes / gloves if you don't have attack gloves and fusing them for potential is another good alternative. Just use your cygnus as an alchemy mule and things should start rolling in pretty nicely. You can use this same method for most pieces of equipment. Just takes some time to farm the ores.
