What do you want to come with this new revamp?

lol not 1000%, that's total overkill, maybe 200-300% or so.
Sanctuary is like 1400% or whatever, and that's a constant 999,999.

im lvl 175 and i only gain back 644 per hit. 1000% of 644 is 64.4k lol
