What do you want to come with this new revamp?

lol not 1000%, that's total overkill, maybe 200-300% or so.
Sanctuary is like 1400% or whatever, and that's a constant 999,999.

Sanc is always 999,999. The % means nothing. Battle mages don't heal enough HP for 1000% to be useful. In fact, 1000% is pretty damn weak.
