You'll end up getting either lvl 5 or 6 Spiritual Focus in the end. 5 -> 6 is only 1.5% increase compared to the previous levels giving you 2%.
Ankle Shot will be one of your biggest DPS skills end-game. The fact that it binds allows you to safely use Rain of Arrows if you're soloing.
The +5% HP isn't a significant boost, but there are times when squeezing out that extra bit of HP can save you. Wait until we start getting the real nests like Cerberus, Sea Dragon, Manticore and ArchBishop. You don't have to add it, but you should if you end up having extra SP.
If you're maxing Power Tumble and Aerial Evasion, take the points out of Wisdom [Just leave 1 if you really want] to put into Twin Shot/Piercing Shot later.
But yes, pick skills you like to use. Well, I don't care if you think Ankle Shot is "bad" because you're going to learn to use it. :>
