[KMS] Class revamp, AGAIN!

Archers just got updated with quite a lot. What else could they update? Or will they just nerf us back down?

The only thing I could see happening for archers is an increase in hurricane dmg by increasing the % att and adding ignore pdr to it. Maybe adding an ultimate? Also adding a buff that we can distribute to others besides SE, maybe like a crit dmg buff?

It seems Marksmen need a buff and I would love that our birds attack range was as big as our range, is annoying having to move into the mob attack range so we can get the DPS boost from the birds attacks.
