Your supposition is completely flawed. The As Of date is always the latest per server, whether it's going one server and one channel at a time or all servers one channel at a time. The only difference is instead of them timing out one by one over the course of 15 minutes they blink out collectively left to right in < 6.
In both cases you'd see the latest date of each world being tested.
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.
