Similar epic rings in Velskud are going for even higher, and they are unpotted. Checking the marketplace for the exact same ring yields nothing, so I'm guessing 3k is a fair price to start at. I'll probably drop it to 2k or 1.5k if it doesn't sell.
Normal rings with physical/magical attack with physical/magic potential aren't worth much. They're quite common. Magic and rare rings would be worth more simply due to having more base physical/magic attack, and epic rings are worth a lot.
However, this is Velskud, the more populated West server simply because at the start of open beta, it was the ONLY West server for god knows what reason. For a short while during Open Beta, Velskud and Argenta had to deal with waiting lines to even play in the servers.
