That's correct. But jump patch made the buff extension a toggle, so when we're in a party we can turn it off so everyone would have the same duration.

OMG. Would that be the reason they made buff mastery toggleable? That would be infinitely retarded...
I hope they make it an aura-like partyskill and up it to +100% duration.
