Increase shadow shifter to 50% to compete with illusion step

Let's suppose a BM has 4000 avoid and a NL has 5500 avoid. This is before illusion/shifter, they have a high % main stat.
BM gets 6000 avoid (two avoid buffs for +50%), increasing his chance to avoid attacks from 13% to 15%. Big pineappleing deal. He gets insta crits, so that's at least a good compensation.
NL has a 45% chance that the enemy's attack gets log'd (just like in naruto), and if that skill fails, it rolls the 15% chance to avoid off your 5500 avoid (rounds to nearest whole number so that 500 didn't even mean anything probably).
