JezzaMS has released the Kraken Boss along with new equips in the game!
[SIZE="3"]Kraken Boss Fight[/SIZE]
Kraken is considered as one of the strongest bosses in the game. It is considerably stronger than Zakum but considered weaker than Horntail and Pink Been. Kraken is noted for it’s unique buff ‘Berserk’ which renders the character incapable of controlling its actions aside from walking, potions cannot be used however Heros Will is the only skill the player is capable of using and can be used to remove the Berserk buff. Like Horntail and Pink been, Kraken can use Seduce.
To summon the boss, the Essence of the Ocean etc item is needed which is obtainable from a quest.
Stage 1
• Drop the Essence of the Ocean in the centre of the room on top of the blue coloured pool. Kraken will be summoned.
• Kraken will have 2 Tentacles on each side alongside himself.
• Kraken has two different attacks, His first attack allows him to summon a massive tidal wave that reduces everyones HP to 1. His second attack allows him to shake the whole screen causing rocks to fall from the ceiling.
• In addition to his attacks he has 4 abilities:
1. He can also make himself invulnerable to attacks but cannot attack (similar to Papulatus).
2. He can cast seduce similar to the Horntails version that makes you run away in the other direction.
3. He can summon Mini Tentacles at any time.
4. He can heal summoned mobs around every minute or so. Heals around 10k hp.
Stage 2
• Kraken will become ‘Dormant’ in his first form. He will not attack but the Giant Tentacles defeated will be autoresurrected along with an indispellable cancel weapon and magic defense buff. The object of this stage is to survive for around 1 minute.
Stage 3
• Kraken will turn into his second form this time with 4 Giant Tentacles to Guard him.
• His attacks are the same as last round except with a new offensive skill: He can fire a huge watery missile that deals around 2k damage but players that are hit will have a ‘super knockback’ effect on them.
• Abilities still remain the same except for the fact his healing heals more than last round up to 20k.
Stage 4
• Kraken will become ‘Dormant’ in his second form. Like the previous round, he will not attack but the Giant Tentacles defeated will be autoresurrected along with an indispellable cancel weapon and magic defense buff. Instead of 2 Giant tentacles there is 4 and they’re more spaced out than before.
Stage 5
• Kraken will turn into his third and final form this time with 8 Giant Tentacles at his disposal even more spread out. Unlike the previous rounds, the map will be flooded in water making it swimmable though the Kraken nonetheless still is stationary.
• His attacks are the same as the second stage except again with a new offensive skill: He can summon a huge watery vortex that not only does 1.5k damage but it draws in players towards the Vortex proving escape useless. Healers need to watch out for this as this affects the WHOLE map.
• Abilities still remain the same except for the fact his healing heals more than last round up to 30k. In addition to this, 2 more new abilities are introduced this round:
1. Can cast Berserk, a buff that allows the character to autoattack and use skills randomly. They can still move around however but the random skills used will hinder the movement.
2. Can use the crazy skull buff similar to the one in Ariant Colosseum PQ.

Yes I know I haven’t added in the picture at this time but all I can say is it resembles a gigantic squid head with tentacles sprouting from the bottom. It looks NOTHING like the Black and Risell Squid in Aqua dungeon. Think of it as a squid like demon that resembles the three tailed beast from Naruto but has giant risell squid like tentacles, now you’re getting close. Apparently drawing the monster is too hard and would take ages so I pretty much gave up on it. However if any1 would like to help me draw this monster then that would be appreciated =).

* The Maelstrom Throwing Star is a new type of throwing star that gives a bonus of +29 atk which is the same as Crystal Ilbis. Max number of throwing stars that can be carried is 1000 which is 200 more than Crystal Ilbis. However the drop rate of this item is the rarest out of all the items listed above.

** The Abyss Spike Arrows are a new type of arrow that grants +50 attack and stocks up to 1000 arrows. However since arrows are not rechargeable, these arrows are hard to obtain since it’s only obtainable from Kraken. It’s untradable and it can be used for both bows and crossbows.
