Man, I played the HELL out of this game, all characters level 16 with all moves(even the purchased ones!)
I wish more level was added.
I do have streets of rage and other old school beat 'em ups, but this one is so fluid and the leveling makes it even better!

I CANNOT GET THE SONIC R MUSIC OUT OF MY HEAD! ever since I first played this on PC as a kid, that music has been stuck with me. Gotta give props to Sonic games for having some damn good OST.
