I think they'd give us a little more warning or hints than just that.
They seem to hint more at new classes than this.
Yes, they said they'd release the legends by the end of the year, but they lie a lot.

It actually says "The core Alliance force that will be the decisive factor of the battle!", Alliance being the one that got quests added in a couple patches ago, with all the classes joined together for.
