I agree, why would they release something that only effects a certain part of the population(no matter how many pirates and thrives there are) during a prime slot like December? The legends would add something for more people to enjoy. However I think that they will release the legends in january(to give time for the revamped pirates and thieves to shine) or late december( to futile the promise that he legends would be done in 2011).
