4) Hmm that seems plausible. In the entire series there hasn't been a single person with a healing nen type as far as i can remember. The closest thing there is to healing that we've seen is that one chick in the spiders with the nen-string.

Didn't Kurapika have a Healing Chain on his thumb (its a male right? :f6, used back when he was fighting Ubogin. It can speed up healing or something, used to heal his broken arm.
And the nen-string user looks closer to stitching than healing to me.
