What do you want to come with this new revamp?

Simply, what do you want changed about your class, or all the classes, or maybe something not at all related to characters. Personally I would like elements to be more present it some jobs, mainly both archers, and maybe a total revamp of elements so that dark, poison, and holy are actually important all elements are actually important. Also a total quest revamp would be nice. What about you?
