Raul asked "What is latency measured in?" but he probably meant to ask "What are the units of the Latency column displayed on your GMS status page?"
Seems the people "dumb as toast" understood his intent, but you answered his literal question, hence the confusion.

You seem like a smart person, Eos. I would have thought you could have understood the rather obvious meaning of my post.
Latency was implied to be latency here.
Plus, everywhere else that one reads about latency, it is measured in milliseconds. 1/1000th of a second.
