February? You're talking about GMS; not JMS.
The fact they are delaying these revamps for last can mean two things:
1 - They wanna polish the update for these classes as much as they can because it's the most expected thing for this year
2 - They are releasing the Thief and Pirate Legends along with the changes.
I seriously hope it is the first option because otherwise the pirate and thief skill changes would be overshadowed by the Thief and Pirate legend's skills. Both classes, specially Pirates, deserve some love from the developers.
However, it probably is the second option. Do you guys notice that the last 2 Legends to be released are precisely the Thief and Pirate ones? and that December has always been a prime time for Nexon to release its biggest updates along with summer break?
About the other jobs getting changes, I don't think none needs damage buffs more than they need Visual updates. Mercedes and Demon Slayer pushed the standard limit way too high above what current jobs have.
