First time I heard it was on Irelia, when she wasn't widely used or recognized until about 3-4 months after her last change (I believe it brought her lvl 3 R to 880 base total damage per target? It also increased her CC range because people kept running out of range after she initiates with Q.), then people started QQing left and right.
So basically "Super Secret OP" status.
I really wonder what and how people start labeling said champions this.
