She's a Crow Tengu, and obviously she looks nothing like a bird. Haha Tengus have humanoid forms, despite what type they are. The only thing I don't get is that our Tengu isn't even a Crow Tengu. He's a Yamibushi Tengu (note the long red nose and red skin). Maybe our Tengu just ended up being called Black Crow due to the commonness of Tengu and Crows being associated with each other. *shrugs* I blame idiots!

At least our Tengu has a hauchiwa fan and can create powerful winds (his tornado attack). They actually did a pretty good job when creating this boss. Fits the appropriate theme well.
