It's because his formula is wrong, and it's funny because my own formula was almost right, I just forgot about the points from job advancements. Look, you don't start with 18 base strength at level 1, which is what you imply by saying 200*5 (200 levels with 5 ap rewarded every level). It's 199 levels with 5 ap, you get 5 ap from 3rd job and 4th job, and have 13 base strength.
level-1*5+13+5+5 = 1018
999 for strength, leaving 19 possible points.
therefore, in rattboy's picture he has 682 strength 80 dex, which, using my formula, means he has no points in hp.
