Seriously... 3k for "up to 750 million"? Assuming that you had an EQUAL chance at all values inbetween (you don't), you'd average 375 mil for 3k NX. That's a 125:1 rate which is where the economy practically already is.
/Or a 27:1 rate for the 1k sacks, lol.
