Yeah don't worry about it Shouri. The only real defensive item I'd probably take on Lux would be a Banshee if it was really necessary. Otherwise Zhonya's/Abyssal is just fine.
You should try taking Clairvoyance instead of Clarity though. CV helps the entire team for the entire game and Clarity falls off after about Level 9. Plus, nothing feels better than CVing a recalling enemy in the jungle and lazor sniping them
