I'm currently level 127 I'm wondering if I should still strive to grab this recipe. I been hunting at it since level 123 and the drops has been decreased. Am I better off just buying it from the market? (Was hoping to purchase a evolving ring if I found a Angelic Blessing ring to save some cash
