I don't get the Flamethrower changes. How's a 10% damage increase/decrease going to change the fact Backburner will still rule against unsuspecting targets, and the fact the Degreaser is for hit and run Axtinguisher kills? 10% boost to classic Flamethrower seems nice though, may make killing people a whee bit easier. Now that I think about it though, Backburner is now not a straight upgrade to the Flamethrower damage-wise, so maybe Pyros can use the classic a bit more.
I'm no Pyro pro though, since I only got in about ~2 hours of playtime. My opinions are based on what I have experienced on the receiving end from other Pyro players as well as seeing videos of the Degreaser in play. I only got the Achievement Flare Gun, working my way to the Achievement Backburner.
