50+30=80% PDR ignore via skills, no matter if a boss uses potential lock.
The only way how to ignore so much PDR these days was via potential crap.

Dark/Dragon Knights everywhere would like to say, in unison, "WRONG!"

And no, it doesn't protect them from potential disable, just allowing to have 80% PDR ignore all the time (well ok, if using Demon Impact), even if potential lock is active.

potential disabling from bosses doesn't affect them either....
