I'd have to agree with those saying, "They're doing a maintenance on cash shop instead of fixing these lag issues? 
"
They did mention log-in issues, but the game itself isn't even stable. For example, my party member didn't get buffs until after 3-4 mins of me casting it.
- CC Lag
- Lag during general game play
- Can't go into shops without being spammed by that one error.
- Layers upon layers of skill animations come out all at once
- Portal lag
- long story short : EVERYTHING LAGS..
