I think hes refering to the sheer amount of GUARDS its getting. WAY more than we paladins can get including divine shield blocks. i dont think he got hit for damage even once. and yeah hes teleporting. Its a 2nd job skill called trace. and it looks like it works the same as the Evan's blink.
