RoA is a pretty Damn Good item for extended Laning with or without Clarity. When i was testing builds with Xerath i found it easier to stay in lane and get Kills/CS with a Roa than without one (Even though i even had clarity i barely Used it unless i Super Overextended beyond necesity, Usually when i had like 1-3k gold stacked
