I know I'm nitpicking, but 1 puppet is not useless. It's a long-range disorder and I liked it for the 13 levels that I had it along with 1 blizzard. Obviously, once you get it to 3 and then 6, its use completely changes. I definitely wouldn't use the level 70 point for puppet, though.

I think I started off:
70: blizz
71: 1 puppet, 1 mb, 1 strafe
72-80: 3 strafe
81: strafe (max), 2 mb
82: 2mb, 1 rain
83: 1 rain, 2 puppet
84: 3 puppet
85-93: 3 rain
94: 2 rain (max), blizz
95-97: 3 blizz

I forget whether I got a bit more puppet or went straight for 3 sec freeze after that. I'd probably do it the same way again if typhons hadn't been released...
