The only things exempt from being keybound for the average player are mounts, special items used for dailies, non-combat pets, gear sets, pick lock, poisons, auras, aspect of the pack, food, bandages, fishing, far site, sentry totem, eye of kilrog, and that's it. IF IT IS ON YOUR BAR, AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ABOVE, IT NEEDS A KEYBIND
Keybinds you can use include
1 through 5
shift + 1 through 5
shift + Q through T
R
T
shift + A through G
A
D
F
G
Z through C
Middle mouse button
shift + middle mouse button
shift + scroll wheel down
shift + scroll wheel up
That's 33 keybinds. Plenty of space to bind everything in your spell book
You might want to check out elitistjerks for guides to tanking. Even in blues, you should be able to tank any heroic with ease if you're doing it properly. If you're struggling there is something you're doing wrong.
