Yes but with MP (LHC ~100+) I don't see why they would solo aside from getting pieces, but even when in a party they get the short end and that takes us to attacking clerics/priests/bishops and their crappy damage takes us to those asking for a damage boost, so why not reward them for being a good supporter just like the party member that dished the most damage gets more exp.
