Only if they follow the thing that shows adventurer/reisitance as balanced, KoC as easy and legends as hard, give them more power but make them a pain in the ass to train/get skills/kill anything, the only legend that has come close to this is aran, but after chaos not so sure (before although just being a noob it was exciting that I have to move my ass while always hitting something or I would lose my combo and the attack it gave me that was needed to kinda make the class as strong as the rest, now it seems it takes more time for the combo to go away plus we got the insta 100 combo skill).
