Got a fever and a cold from riding my bike in the rain. Going to keep going with the challenge in spite of this minor set back. Also still working on a calisthenics program my friend (the same one who challenged me to commute using my bike) has me doing. So far I'm working on the work out series for "Abs From Hell" and "Handstand Pushups." If you're wondering, it's a step based program that ultimately leads to a mastery step. In the handstand exercise it begins with a headstand and progresses until you're doing pushups from a handstand position. Having quite a bit of fun with this, actually.
