Oh. I meant it more as an emotionless icon. The basis for that statement was that sage mode + kage bunshin + kyubbi mode > than what any other living jinchuriki can do, although Bee does have better control over his tailed-beast.

Because think about it. We've been following naruto the past 5 chapters or something while naruto f'ucks the old raikage without kyubi mode and it's been a CLONE. We thought he was running out of juice, but in reality he's still kicking. Hard. Bee can have better control, but that's still a level naruto can reach. (not in the middle of the war, but meh) Bee will never match his near limitless chakra supply.
