Anyway, in that case, no idea what's wrong with its spawn times. Also no idea why they need a patch to change them, I was sure spawn was server-side.
Maybe just lumping it in with the others.
And I think that it might be that it starts spawning before 1 PM EST. I think I've noticed that on a couple occasions.
