You're right. Forgot they had the EST time up there as well. Thought they made the same mistake of thinking 12AM is noon both in the script and on the website. (Although an event that happens 10AM-noon while school is in session makes very little sense).
Anyway, in that case, no idea what's wrong with its spawn times. Also no idea why they need a patch to change them, I was sure spawn was server-side.
