Fighter's Power Reflection works against 1/1

Someone mentioned in this thread that Elite Puppet made archers stronger to 1/1. And warriors too, now, even more than before. And mentioned archers since they got our flash jump and drain :p

And the thing I mention is that before, dark flare triggering would deal x13 the total hp of a warrior if it got hit. Now it deals back just half of that.
