On a side note, if a ring can't stack with the Critical Ring, it can't stack with the Gratias Ring.
It isn't particularly spectacular though, but it will be a nice fourth ring for new characters/mules (Evo I, Evo II, Resistance/Aran, Legend).
If you're planning to use it on a 'main', I'd imagine you'd already have three better rings.
