Fighter's Power Reflection works against 1/1

What with blast? Blast is supposed to be a 1vs1 so you have to be close to the enemy,

Why? Why do you have to be so close?
Why must it be so difficult to hit Zakum's top-right arm?
Why the arbitrary rule?

You say it as if it's a fact with no backing.
Besides, there is also the issue of CB, a 3rd job skill, now looking infinitely more impressive than Blast, a 4th job skill.

also aparently pallys got the New ACB but without the new delay (Its supposed to be 700ms iirc)

Yeah, I wish people would shut the hell up about this and do their own fact-checking.
Half of you say "lulz, Nexon forgot to slow down CB" because they were told Jump made it from 600 to 810 while the other half say "OMG, Nexon forgot to speed it up" because someone told them that Jump made it faster.

Both parties are utterly stupid.
The delay of CB has never changed; it has always been 810.
