So you take half 1/1?

Only half hp is deducted, you still take full damage to mp.

I believe you mean 30%.

Seeing how Power Reflection and Power Guard are the same skill with altered variables, that's gonna be a negative.

Power Reflection absorbs 30% of received damage.
Power Guard still absorbs 50% of received damage.
